Monster Weekend

I recently got a call from some Universal Monsters who said they were in town and wanted to stop by. I normally sleep in on Saturdays, but I figured “what the hell”? So, after visiting the local Home Depot to pick up new neck bolts for Frankenstein, we headed off to the movies. At the end of my block there is an old movie theater. They were playing the 1958 version of The Fly, starring Vincent Price. This is Dracula’s favorite film, so he was pumped. Of course the Wolfman had to get popcorn and the Creature bought Swedish Fish. The Mummy fell asleep during the movie. He was out late the night before – he was dead tired. Frankenstein and his Bride were too busy muggin’ out in the back of the theater to watch the film.

After the flick, we stopped by the cemetary where the Monsters tried on some Headstone City horror t-shirts. It was a great time; digging up corpses, waking the dead and taking pictures. Enjoy the pics I took on my Monster adventure.
