Can’t make it to Star Wars opening weekend? Save yourself from spoilers!

Force-Awakens

Ok, we all know it’s going to be a mad house at the theaters for the next month. We all want to see Star Wars: The Force Awakens as soon as possible but sometimes you just have to wait. However, with the internet and media and friends and family all seeing the film, there is a very good chance it might get spoiled. Well don’t worry. There is actually a browser extension that you can download to block all Star Wars spoilers! The extension will safely block any and all Star Wars related content and replace it with Star Wars quotes.

The Mary Sue has your back and is reporting on an Internet browser extension that will keep Star Wars off your page views! Reporter Dan Van Winkle says:

Now you can safely preserve your Force Awakens innocence until you see it with your own two eyes.

Star-Wars-spoiler-alert

How cool is that?! We live in a day and age where things get spoiled quite often. This should be made for everything. But until then, remember your Jedi training, board the Millennium Falcon and get the Force Block: the Star Wars spoiler blocker!

Ridley Scott on his “Alien” Prequels

Ridley_Scott

When Ridley Scott gave us his “Alien” prequel called “Prometheus” it was missing one important thing; The Xenomorph. Well it looks like the new sequels will not only have the original Alien, but will also include the other stages of said creature.

“They’re going to go to the planet where the engineers came from, and come across the evolving creature that they had made. Why did they make it? Why would they make such a terrifying beast? It felt bio-mechanoid, it felt like a weapon. And so the movie will explain that, and reintroduce the alien back into it.”

“There was always this discussion: Is Alien, the character, the beast, played out or not? We’ll have them all: egg, face-hugger, chest-burster, then the big boy. I think maybe we can go another round or two.”

So after the complaints about the lack of alien in “Prometheus”, it seems Scott is going all in and giving us everything. “Prometheus” was a visually stunning film with some good ideas, but the final film was an absolute mess. Let’s hope the sequels can justify bringing us back to the film that introduced us to the greatest movie monster ever made.

Ash Vs. Evil Dead – The reviews are in!

Ash vs Evil DeadWe loved the first episode of Ash Vs. Evil Dead! Telegraph said die-hard fans and newbies alike will enjoy the series, already renewed for a second season:

he Sam Raimi-directed pilot managed to satisfy the hardcore audience with blood spurting from decapitated limbs, an eye-gouging battle with a demonic doll, and an iconic slow-motion reunion between Campbell and his chainsaw. It also did a good job of catering to the audience who are new to the world of the Evil Dead. Although the show treats Bruce Campbell as its idiot God, it introduced a new supporting cast, including Ash’s wide-eyed colleague from the hardware store who treats him as The Chosen One and, though only glimpsed for two tantalizing minutes in the first episode, Lucy Lawless who will become Campbell’s reluctant partner in demon-bludgeoning over subsequent episodes.
