Bad Taste Vs Dead Alive

Here are a couple splatter flicks from the early career of Peter Jackson. Bad Taste is loaded with goopy goodness of aliens eating brains with spoons and slurping down bowls of vomit. Dead Alive is also a heavy-weight in the gross-out department. The film has a puss-filled custard scene and a full on blood bath that involves zombies being mutilated by a lawnmower. So which is it?
